Role Description:

The Client Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and primary relationship lead for key accounts at Beyond Tech Media. 

The role centered on deep business discovery, cross-functional collaboration, and proactively shaping client success in a fast-evolving digital landscape. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across client organisations to understand their commercial goals, operational challenges, and market realities, ensuring our support extends well beyond what is formally outlined in scope.

A core part of your role is identifying opportunities to help our clients grow. You’ll connect clients to the right internal experts, whether in SEO, AI-driven strategy, content, analytics, or global expansion, ensuring they receive the most relevant, high-impact support at every stage. This includes facilitating internal alignment and guiding strategic conversations. 

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, operations, and leadership within client organizations. This requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex industry dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations. Through ongoing discovery, data gathering, and structured conversations, you will continuously refine your understanding of each client’s business, enabling you to surface insights that keep them ahead of competitors and aligned with emerging trends in their industry.

Role Description:

The Marketing Head will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Beyond Tech Media’s global marketing function. This role is responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived across markets, building a consistent and compelling narrative, and driving measurable commercial impact. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, content strategy, digital campaigns, demand generation, and thought leadership initiatives.

You will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with the company’s growth roadmap, service offerings, and expansion plans. This includes designing data-driven campaigns, optimizing funnel performance, and building systems that support scalable, long-term results. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that every initiative not only looks good but also delivers tangible business outcomes.

In addition to leading execution, you will play a key role in evolving Beyond Tech Media’s presence in the AI era, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and performance. You will oversee the creation of high-quality content across platforms, elevate our thought leadership, and support PR efforts that strengthen our authority in the global market.
